  • Can I exchange an experience voucher for a different experience?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an experience voucher for a different experience than the one stated on the voucher. Please make sure you have selected the correct experience before making a purchase.

  • Do I need to print out my e-gift card or experience voucher to redeem?

    No, you do not need to print out your e-gift card or experience voucher to redeem them. It is sufficient to show the confirmation email with the e-gift card number or the experience voucher number on your mobile device.

  • How can I redeem an experience?

    To redeem an e-voucher for one of our experiences, please make a reservation in one of our restaurants and add a note to your reservation letting our staff know that you would like to redeem an experience, providing the name of the experience you wish to redeem. If you have made a reservation before purchasing an experience voucher, don’t worry, you can amend your booking through the link in your booking confirmation email or call the restaurant to inform them that you would like to redeem an experience for your reservation.

    Please note that you will need to be able to show a member of our team a copy of the experience e-voucher on the day to redeem, so please be sure to have the confirmation email ready on your phone or bring a printout with you.

  • Can I exchange my e-gift card or experience voucher for cash?

    No, e-gift cards and experience vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given if an e-gift card balance is only partially used. Any unused balance will remain on the e-gift card for you to spend at a later time.

  • How can I check my e-gift card balance?

    You can check your e-gift card balance using our online gift card balance check or ask a member of our staff.

    To check your balance online, please visit our gift card balance check page here. If you already have an account registered with our shop, please use your credentials to log in and you will be able to check your balance. If you have not registered for an account yet, please register and once your account has been set up you will be able to check your e-gift card balance.

  • How can I redeem my e-gift card?

    Simply present your e-gift card confirmation email with the e-gift card number on your mobile device at the restaurant of your choice when the bill is presented. You may use all or part of the total value on your e-gift card.

  • How long is my e-gift card or experience voucher valid for?

    E-gift cards and experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
